Job Description

***Job details:

  • Plan sales strategy and drive the channel sales to achieve profit and other financial targets as assigned by the company.
  • Drive sales revenue through effective management of the total supply chain- distributors/wholesalers/end users.
  • Manage Area Sale Managers (ASM), including sale structure, training, expenditure, budget planning, impress account, performance coaching, monitoring.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales process.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key end users to enhance collaboration and drive sales.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial objectives.

***Job requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years progressive sales and management experience in bakery
  • Hands-on knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, distributor networks, office management
  • Strong leadership and management skills as well as a team player
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English communication
