Responsibilities
1.Engage, develop and maintain relationships with clients.
2.Research on Floating Solar markets and perform sales activities.
3.Plan and organize related sales events to promote and present the company in specific markets.
4.Work closely with cross-regional teams to ensure leads and accounts have received proper management.
5.Draft regional sales short-term and long-term strategies.
6.Manage complete cycles of solar farm projects until contract signing and shipments.
Qualifications:
1.Proven sales track record as business development or sales as EPC solutions provider or solar floating system solution provider.
2.Mechanical & Electrical background would be plus point.
3.Exceptional team management, organization and internal/external communication skills.
4.More than 2 years in solar business.
5.This position requires communication with the headquarters in China and international clients. Fluent English and Chinese language is therefore required.
6.Salary is negotiable based on the candidates experience and competence, with a minimum not lower than the local minimum wage.
