SALES MANAGER INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE & TESTING SERVICES

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Electrical Maintenance & Testing Services division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Driving the Business):
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve peak performance and operational excellence.
- Client Management: Proactively secure new clients (Factories, FDI companies, Commercial Buildings, Transformer/Power Stations) and maintain strategic relationships with existing key accounts.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market analysis, build effective pricing models, and formulate competitive sales strategies.
- Profitability: Closely monitor sales performance and ensure the optimization of targeted profit margins.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (The Ideal Candidate):
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated, specialized sales experience in the industrial electrical equipment, solutions, or technical maintenance services sector.
- Network: Possesses an established, strong client network within the Industrial, FDI, Commercial Building, and Power Utility sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional high-level negotiation, strategic communication, and proven team management capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Systems, or a related technical major.
- Language: Proficient/Fluent in English (essential for technical communication and working with foreign partners/documentation).
