Mega Lifesciences Vietnam is looking for Regional Sales Manager ETC (based in HCMC) to direct as well as coordinate activities involving sales of Healthcare products that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & manage business development strategies & action plans

Lead the assigned team to implement annual Marketing plans & programs

Build up & develop good relationship with customers & new potential territories

Leading and managing a team of sales representatives

Prepare annual budget & Control expenses aligned with approved annual budget

effectively

Analyzing sales data and market trends

Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies

REQUIREMENT

University graduation Doctor, Pharmacist

Minimum 2 year experience in the same position

Fluent English spoken & written

Good at office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Selling skills, territory, customer & products

Management, leadership, communication & negotiation skills
