Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager (Chinese Speaker / BOPP & CPP Industry Experience Preferred)

Location: HIEP HOA COMMUNE, TAY NINH PROVINCE, VIET NAM

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales and market development of BOPP/CPP products in Vietnam and surrounding regions;

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets;

Identify and develop new customers in the BOPP/CPP/flexible film package industry, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients;

Handle business negotiations, contract signing, and payment follow-up;

Coordinate communication between headquarters and the Vietnam team to ensure smooth alignment between sales and production.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Chinese, with strong communication and writing skills;

Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or Polymer Materials;

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in BOPP/CPP or related plastic film/packaging material industries;

Familiar with BOPP/CPP market trends, customer resources, and sales channels;

Strong business development skills and negotiation ability;

Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to cross-cultural communication and teamwork.
