Position:Sales Manager Medical Device (ISD )

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Report to : General Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Industrial Solutions Division (ISD). Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales of solutions to industrial clients (pharmaceutical, food, and related sectors). The Sales Manager will lead product demonstrations, develop strategic partnerships, and build strong relationships with key accounts to fuel business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and keep pace with industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Research markets, analyse competitors, and identify growth opportunities. Build and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives, including targets and resource allocation.
  • Customer Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Identify and approach new industrial customers, provide consultation, and support throughout the purchasing journey.
  • Sales & Profit Targets: Monitor sales performance against KPIs, analyse results, and propose corrective actions to achieve business goals.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Prepare reports and recommendations for management.
  • Product & Service Improvement: Collect customer feedback, propose enhancements, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve offerings.
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical field, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective time management and strategic planning skills.
  • In-depth product knowledge and solid understanding of the industrial/healthcare competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in English communication for daily work.
