Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Manager position, working on-site at Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Tan District. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include managing the sales team, monitoring market trends, preparing reports, and contributing to company growth by expanding the client base.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese or English for business communication.
• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Leadership experience with a focus on Team Management and Employee Development
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Negotiation, Deal Closing, and Conflict Resolution techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Understanding of local market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; marketing experience is a plus
