JOB PURPOSE
- Prepare long and short-term sales strategy which are aligned with the company's strategy and lead the operations of the assigned of sales department.
- Develop, achieve business objectives (volume, revenue) and profit for assigned product, and provide technical support for customers.
- Develop new customer while maintaining existing customers to achieve business objectives.
KEY ACTIVITY
1. Business development
- Business Development, Plan, build business strategy.
- Set clear direction for business strategy.
- Involve in new project to expand the business of company.
- Execute plan to achieve agreed target (monthly, quarterly, yearly plan)
- Manage/lead the execution of strategy to achieve business objectives and quality.
- Acquire new customers while maintaining existing customer to achieve business goals.
- Set strategy for business development and build integrated system and new business models.
- Manage assigned budget effectively to achieve business goals.
- Prepare, propose, control, and agree with spending budget
2. Customer service
Solve customer/partner complaints. Set constructive solving direction (or oversee the problem-solving process) for all customer complaints relating to own sector.
3. Products strategy
- Manage and feedback on any quality and consistency matters relating to our products.
- Collaborate with other functions (Quality, Product management, Production) to ensure we have a suitable product strategy for current market and future growth direction.
4. Employee management
- Develop commercial team. Build and coach the team to develop our business.
- Build the next generation for a sustainable organization.
- Coordinate with QA department to provide high quality training to sale team to ensure they are equipped with necessary technical knowledge, which represents our products in the most accurate way.
- Strengthen and develop sales team, reward, promote those who have potential and quality for higher positions.
- Control and monitor all business matters in own responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities assigned by Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, economic, market, or business-related field.
- Experience: Have management & operation a business experiences at least 05 years
- Language: Vietnamese; English skills listen, speak, read, write
- Competencies:
+ Understanding the business practices in assigned sales regions across the country.
+ Understanding Business activities in Food or consumer business
+ Have wide and deep knowledge sales areas and marketing.
+ Have knowledge and experience in financial management and budget.
+ Management skills and team building.
+ Organizing, Analysis Skills & good Negotiate Skill
+ Understanding the development trend of the industry in the future.
