Job Responsibilities

1. Key Customer Development and Maintenance: Identify and conduct hierarchical management of core customers in the region, including directors of oncology departments, pathology experts in Grade A tertiary hospitals, and regional KOLs; take the lead in organizing and executing academic promotion activities (such as department meetings, regional seminars, expert advisory meetings, etc.) to accurately convey the scientific value and clinical benefits of oncology products; build an academic opinion leader (KOL) matrix after product launch.

2. Market Insight and Competition Response: Continuously collect and analyze regional market information, including disease incidence rates, updates to treatment guidelines, competitor dynamics (product strategies, pricing systems, promotion activities), and changes in medical insurance policies; regularly output market insight reports to provide data support for the company's product strategy optimization and market activity planning.

3. Cross-departmental Collaboration and Compliance Management: Closely cooperate with cross-functional teams such as the Marketing Department, Medical Affairs Department, and Supply Chain Department to ensure that regional promotion activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and product supply is stable; strictly abide by the company's Code of Business Conduct, Vietnam's pharmaceutical industry regulatory requirements, and relevant laws and regulations to ensure full-process compliance of the team's sales activities.

4. Channel Development and Management: Conduct research on core channels related to the promotion of innovative oncology drugs and sort out channel layout plans; proactively engage with core channel partners, conduct business negotiations, promote the initial conclusion of channel cooperation agreements, and build a sales and distribution channel network after product launch.

Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Pharmacy and Medicine; MBA degree is a plus.

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical sales or academic promotion in the oncology field, with preference for those with experience in pre-launch preparation of innovative drugs; familiar with the market structure, distribution of expert resources, and channel systems in the oncology field (especially the corresponding sub-specialized cancer types); possess mature core expert resources in the oncology field and experience in successfully building expert cooperation networks; have rich channel resources related to oncology drugs and experience in channel development and business cooperation.

3. Core Competencies:

a) Strategic Thinking: Possess keen market insight and business analysis capabilities, and be able to formulate effective sales strategies based on market changes.

b) Communication and Influence: Have excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, and be able to establish good relationships with customers and KOLs at all levels.

c) Execution Ability: Demonstrate a strong goal-oriented awareness and efficient execution capabilities to promote the implementation of sales strategies and problem-solving.

d) Compliance Awareness: Have a deep understanding of compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry, and possess rigorous compliance management awareness and risk control capabilities.

4. Other Requirements:

a) Language Proficiency: Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (able to cope with international conferences and cross-regional collaboration).

b) Technical Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

c) Business Travel: Able to accept frequent business trips within Vietnam and adapt to a hybrid work model.
