Job Description

  • GOALS

Lead the market penetration of Alliex's Payment Infrastructure (POS Devices) & Digital Solutions into the Vietnam market. The primary focus is to hunt and acquire key merchants in the Retail & F&B sectors by creating winning business proposals and driving direct B2B sales execution.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Sales Execution & Market Penetration (40% - NEW FOCUS)

  • Hunt & Acquire:Identify, approach, and onboard Key Account Merchants, specifically focusing onChain Stores, Supermarkets, Coffee/Tea Chains, and Franchise Networks.
  • Consultative Selling:Introduce Alliex's POS terminals and payment solutions as a critical operational tool for merchants. Drive the number of active terminals and transaction volume.
  • Closing Deals:Directly handle commercial negotiations with Business Owners or C-level executives of merchant companies to sign contracts.

B. Proposal Planning & Documentation (30% - CRITICAL SKILL)

  • Professional Proposals:Lead the creation of high-impactBusiness Proposals, Quotations, and Sales Pitch Decks (PowerPoint). Translate technical features (API, Hardware specs) into commercial benefits for clients.
  • Solution Design:Collaborate with the Tech team to draft partnership term sheets that fit the merchant's existing software ecosystem (e.g., integrating with KiotViet/iPOS/SAP...).

C. Team Leadership & Operations (30% - RETAINED)

  • Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development (BD) team.
  • KPI Management:Establish clear sales metrics (Sales calls, Leads generated, Conversion rate) and reporting mechanisms for the COO/BOD.
  • Operational Excellence:Develop streamlined internal workflows to optimize client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration between Merchant systems and Alliex payment gateways

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant field

Experience:

Experience:5+ yearsof experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Management. (Open to strong Sales Managers looking for the next step).

Must-have:Proven track record in sellingIT Solutions / SaaS / POS Hardware / O2O

PlatformstoRetail & F&B clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proposal Writing:Strong capability in creating structured, persuasivedocuments and presentations.

English Proficiency:Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required to report to the Expat COO.

Tech-savvy:Understanding of POS systems, API integration, and Merchant operations.

Mindset:Hunter spirit, Resilient, Can-do attitude, willing to work in the field.
