Lead the market penetration of Alliex's Payment Infrastructure (POS Devices) & Digital Solutions into the Vietnam market. The primary focus is to hunt and acquire key merchants in the Retail & F&B sectors by creating winning business proposals and driving direct B2B sales execution.
A. Sales Execution & Market Penetration (40% - NEW FOCUS)

Education:
Experience:
· Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Management. (Open to strong Sales Managers looking for the next step).
· Must-have: Proven track record in selling IT Solutions / SaaS / POS Hardware / O2O
Platforms to Retail & F&B clients.
· Target Candidates from:
o POS/SaaS ;Tech/Platform Companies; Payment/Loyalty
Skills & Qualifications:
· Proposal Writing: Strong capability in creating structured, persuasive documents and presentations.
· English Proficiency: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is required to report to the Expat COO.
· Tech-savvy: Understanding of POS systems, API integration, and Merchant operations.
· Mindset: Hunter spirit, Resilient, Can-do attitude, willing to work in the field.
