We are looking for individuals passionate about cybersecurity, in particular and mobile security, to join our team as Enterprise Sales Manager.
Reporting to Enterprise Sales Manager, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for the development of account plans, budgets, and go-to-market strategies in the Financial Sector across the regions, in order to support the Company's market share in this sector. He/She is also responsible for analyzing market developments and customer requirements, and structuring solutions and providing feedback in order to align the Company's strategic direction for its products and solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the annual revenue quota for Vietnam market.
- Analyze the market developments and customer requirements.
- Identify and establish new businesses, with special focus on the Financial sector across Vietnam.
- Develop and execute sales and account plans, budget, forecasts, and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue growth in this sector.
- Establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of customers organizations and departments.
- Report sales performance against quotas, and analyze all win/lose opportunities periodically
- Work with the various cross-functional departments (Corporate and PMO) to prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.
- Quote and negotiate with appropriate customer about prices, contracts, terms and conditions.
- Identify/organize and participate in trade exhibitions/events, conferences, seminars and meetings to raise awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare marketing materials and sales toolkit.
- Build and deepen the relations with both System Integrators and Channel Partners focused on the BFSI sectors across the region.
Requirements
- Qualification at any relevant degree.
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of Vietnam's culture and business.
- More than 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development in the Vietnam market.
- Have a good background in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and the Identity spaces such as IAM, CIAM, PAM.
- IT background with experience in banking or enterprise solution sale.
- Strong customer relationship developments and well experienced in penetrating the different accounts in the BFSI and Fintech Industries (including Banks, Insurance, Securities, Payments, etc).
- Extensive knowledge of Identity and Security products, preferably Cybersecurity background and mobile security. Selling solutions rather than a product is the key.
- Willing to work as individual contributor without teammates.
- Good understanding and experience in working with technical development team when necessary.
- Good understanding and experience in technologies life circle and specific terms in technologies.
- Additional experience in establishing channel and partners – good existing contacts in place in the BFSI sector is a plus.
- Capable of building pipeline and driving enterprise opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Readiness to travel at short notice.
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation skills and business awareness in both Vietnamese and English.
- Clear results orientation and cost management.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with regional, technical, and management teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent.
- Must understand and navigate the nuances of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City people/business culture.
- Able to maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
