Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Healthcare Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple healthcare domains, including medical devices, laboratory services, polyclinics, pharmacy solutions, and referral doctor networks.

This position plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and referral channels. The Healthcare Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building referral networks, and ensuring the companys leadership in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for medical equipment, devices, laboratory services, pharmacy solutions, and polyclinic services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reporting for senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.

2. Referral & Relationship Management

  • Build and expand a referral doctor channel, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals who influence patient referrals.
  • Maintain and grow partnerships with key accounts, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
  • Negotiate and manage long-term contracts and agreements with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and pharmacy networks to strengthen market positioning.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with healthcare and pharmacy regulations, as well as ethical standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Market share growth across target segments.
  • Expansion and engagement of the referral doctor channel.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate among hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Number of new accounts acquired and strategic partnerships established.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 57 years of proven sales experience in healthcare (medical equipment, devices, laboratories, pharmacy, or clinical services).
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and referral networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare procurement systems, referral processes, and pharmacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage clients and attend industry events.
