Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales initiatives with the company's goals, optimizing client partnerships, and preparing performance reports for key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Planning, Sales Strategy, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Account Management
  • Ability to analyze Sales Data and Market Trends to inform decision-making
  • Proficient in Team Leadership and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a Must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/
