We are hiring a Sales Leader for one of our clients. Details mentioned below :
Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Directly take responsibility for and achieve personal/group sales targets according to monthly/quarterly plans.
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Department (with 3+ team members), ensuring efficiency and discipline in work.
- Supervise the entire process of consulting, customer care, and transaction completion, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
- Train and guide new and existing staff on consulting skills, problem-solving, and product knowledge.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department to receive and process customer information.
- Monitor and analyze each team members performance, then develop and implement improvement plans.
- Participate in building guidelines and standard operating procedures for the team.
- Regularly report sales results, conversion rates, and team performance to senior management.
- Propose solutions to enhance business efficiency and strengthen team morale.
Required Skills and Experience
- University graduate (preferably in Business, Management, Education, Communications, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Team Leader in the Education or EdTech industry.
- Proficient in Chinese or English (communication, email, reporting), with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate the team, with clear business thinking and results-oriented mindset.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, etc.) for tracking and reporting performance.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in building, training, and managing student enrollment advisory teams or telesales teams is a big advantage.
