Ensure sales and profit targets are met according to the business plan. Manage existing clients and develop new ones.
Work with clients to receive orders, quarterly/annual volume allocations, and CIF pricing.
Provide quarterly exchange rate and DDP pricing quotes to clients.
Participate in annual e-tenders.
Coordinate with the Planning, Ordering, CSR, and Logistics departments to ensure safe inventory levels for clients.
Coordinate with the Finance department on FX reconciliation requirements.
Monitor interest rates, logistics fees, FX, etc., to make appropriate recommendations and take timely action.
Support client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a preference for candidates in the logistics or supply chain sector (Import products).
In-depth knowledge of international delivery terms (Incoterms), especially CIF and DDP, and an understanding of how the FX (Foreign Exchange) market operates.
Proficiency in English (all 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
