We are looking for a commercially driven and client-oriented Account Manager / Sales Executive to expand our IT Outsourcing (ITO) business across the APAC region.
This role combines inbound lead management, account farming, and proactive business development, with a strong focus on Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development Centre (ODC), and Project-based delivery models.
You will collaborate closely with the solutions, delivery, and leadership teams to drive sustainable revenue growth while building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Lead Conversion
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, partnerships, referrals, and other business channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand clients business goals, technical requirements, and operational challenges to recommend suitable ITO engagement models and delivery approaches.
- Conduct consultative discussions and solution presentations, positioning Vinova as a strategic technology partner.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, HR, and finance teams to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Identify opportunities for account expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Support smooth project transitions from pre-sales to delivery while proactively managing client expectations and potential risks.
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the APAC market through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn networking, events, partnerships, and referrals.
- Engage with mid-sized to enterprise-level clients looking for offshore development teams and scalable software outsourcing solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on go-to-market activities, campaigns, and strategic account initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client buying behaviours within the APAC technology outsourcing landscape.
Sales Operations & Internal Collaboration
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipelines, forecasts, and account activities within CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure solution feasibility, commercial alignment, and successful delivery planning.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent Vinova professionally during client meetings, networking sessions, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Services, or Technology Solutions sales, preferably within the APAC market.
- Good understanding of Dedicated Team, Staff Augmentation, Offshore Development Centre (ODC), and project-based delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships while actively driving new business opportunities.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and translating business requirements into practical solutions.
- Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles within the technology industry.
- Experience in software development services or IT consulting is a plus.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently.
