Job Description

About the Role:

This role is for driven and proactive people who prefer being in the field, meeting partners, closing deals, and seeing real infrastructure go live. Your success is measured by actual charging sites delivered, not just pipeline.

We are hiring in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.

Expected Deliverables

  • Gain a clear understanding of Vietnam's EV charging market and suitable solutions for each building type within the first 1–2 months.
  • Identify and engage key decision makers to build a pipeline of 15 qualified partner groups within 6 months*[1].
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners to secure a strong share of new charging opportunities.
  • Convert opportunities into live sites, targeting around 10 locations in the first 6 months and 20–25 within the first year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential charging sites across target segments.
  • Engage decision makers and drive deals from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Conduct site assessments and propose suitable EV charging solutions.
  • Ensure smooth execution and timely go-live of charging sites in coordination with internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship ability.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, B2B, or business development.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Readiness to travel to secure locations.

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in energy, construction, or property sectors.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems or EV charging technology.
