Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the full business development lifecycle for major energy projects, from initial client prospecting and financial planning to contract finalization. You will actively expand your professional network through industry exhibitions, resolve escalated customer issues, and coordinate technical factory visits for potential partners. This role requires a strong blend of technical sales expertise, contract management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new project success.

Your responsibilities 

  • Identify and prospect potential customers for steam and thermal power solutions.
  • Prepare and submit bidding documents for major projects.
  • Develop capital financing plans and investment proposals.
  • Participate in negotiations and finalize quotations for investment, operation, and service agreements.
  • Draft and manage project contracts and related legal documents.
  • Actively establish, cultivate, and manage strong relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences to expand the professional network.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive the development of new projects and optimize business processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to directly resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
  • Coordinate and facilitate factory visits for potential clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on marketing initiatives to enhance the company's business reputation/brand.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably within the energy, steam-heat-electricity solution, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's in business administration, International Business, Engineering, or a related technical/commercial field.
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
  • Fluency in English or Chinese (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required

  • Base Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND/month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

  • Thuan Hai building, Street 24, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM, Saturday Morning: 8:15 AM - 12:00 PM.
