Sales Executive

Brief

To develop sales activities for Villa Song Saigon by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue growth, and supporting sustainable business development for the hotel and F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate, partner, and individual clients for hotel rooms and F&B services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales activities and promote the hotel's products and services in line with the sales strategy.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and follow up on the contract signing process.
• Coordinate with related departments (Reservations, Front Office, F&B, Finance) to ensure service delivery as committed.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to propose appropriate sales solutions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and update sales performance to the Sales Manager.
• Participate in sales activities, events, trade shows, fam trips, and promotional programs organized by the hotel.
  
  

Requirements

• College or University degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales; hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under sales pressure.
• Good command of English in both spoken and written forms.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
