About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, opening new accounts, managing sales opportunities, and turning business conversations into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales targets, customer pipeline, account development, and sales forecasting.

• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting, customer discussion, quotation, negotiation, and closing.

• Develop relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, developers, distributors, and industrial clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, supply, credit, technical support, and delivery follow-up.

• Monitor market trends, competitor movement, customer feedback, and pricing dynamics.

• Support project sales, channel sales, or key account activities depending on business focus.

• Represent SCG professionally and uphold company standards in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Channel Sales, or Industrial Sales.

• Experience in Building Materials, Packaging, Chemicals, Industrial Products, Construction, or Manufacturing is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, customer development, presentation, and follow-up skills.

• Commercially disciplined, target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

• Able to communicate professionally in Vietnamese and English.
