Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive. The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with Korean/Chinese customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's range of industrial and medical gases. Daily tasks include traveling to customer sites, meeting with clients, creating sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a rotation of working 23 Saturday mornings per month.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Korean or Chinese customers.
  • Promote the company's products and services (industrial and medical gases).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Korean or Chinese, capable of working directly with Korean or Chinese clients; proficient in English for internal communication and reporting
  • Strong understanding of Korean/Chinese business culture, with the ability to adapt to professional norms and expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Sales experience not required, but knowledge and a proactive B2B sales mindset are highly valued
  • Willing and able to travel frequently to factory sites and industrial zones as needed
  • Self-motivated and independent, while also being a reliable team player.
  • Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
