Search, approach, and develop Chinese-speaking clients, focusing on Chinese-invested factories operating in Vietnam (especially those in industrial zones, export processing zones) with logistics service needs.
Provide consultation and offer logistics services of the company (FCL/LCL/Air/Trucking/Customs).
Act as a communication bridge and Chinese interpreter between clients and internal departments.
Monitor service delivery progress and support in resolving any arising operational issues.
Collect market insights and propose development strategies for clients in alignment with company direction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Chinese nationality or Vietnamese fluent in Chinese.
Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, or relevant industries.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms, sea/air transportation, booking processes, freight operations, and customs clearance is a strong advantage.
Good communication skills, proactive, responsible, and customer service-oriented.
