Job Description

1. Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell office furniture to Korean, foreign-invested, and local companies in Vietnam

- Build partnerships with large and mid-sized interior design firms through product presentations

- Identify new project opportunities and provide customized proposals based on client needs

- Showroom Support

- Assist customers with showroom visits and product experience

- Conduct product demonstrations and customer consultations

- Support marketing events and seminars held at the showroom

- Project Proposals and Delivery Coordination

- Prepare project proposals and deliver sales presentations

- Coordinate lead times and production schedules with factories in Dong Nai (Vietnam) and Korea

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis

- Monitor trends in Vietnam's office furniture market

- Analyze customer needs and benchmark against competitors

2. Qualifications

- Eligible to work in Vietnam

- Able to obtain a visa for business travel to Korea

- Fluent in English (intermediate to advanced level)

- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level or above)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Driver's license preferred

- Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience at a local subsidiary or multinational company in Vietnam

- Sales experience in B2B, interior design, construction, or furniture industries

- Knowledge of office furniture or interior design

- Skilled in CAD, PowerPoint, Excel for business documentation and proposals

- Majors in Architecture, Interior Design, or Industrial Design

- Korean language proficiency is a plus (for collaboration with HQ in Korea)

3. Employment Type & Compensation (Details to be finalized by HR; the following is for reference)

- Full-time (3-month probation period)

- Salary to be determined during interview (performance-based incentives provided)

- Working hours: 6 days a week (8:00 AM 5:00 PM); Saturday schedule negotiable

- Location: Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

- Includes all legally required benefits in Vietnam + performance bonus system
