Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director located in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area. The Sales Director will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading the sales team, developing business, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales growth, managing client relationships, overseeing the sales pipeline, and optimizing sales processes. The Sales Director will also be tasked with converting current leads and identifying new business opportunities and aligning sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
• Strong skills in Team Management and International Business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in the manufacturing or automation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English
