POSITION DESCRIPTION

Title: Sales Admin Intern

Reporting To: Commercial Supervisor

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, consolidate, and input data. 

• Prepare paperwork 

• Contract preparation. 

• Payment support. 

• Complete Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management.

PERSONAL SPECS

• Internship duration: 6 months

• Open for 4th year students in related majors or fresh graduates

• High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including but not limited to:

o Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts

o VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP

o Conditional formulas (IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.)

o Data cleaning & transformation (Text functions, Data Validation, etc.)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, hard-working, eager to learn, and customer-oriente
