Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Revenue Funnel (Senior) Manager for an international Healthcare institution. The Revenue Funnel (Senior) Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective funnel management. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will lead a team of 67 professionals, overseeing pricing strategy, tender management, and commercial data intelligence to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing Strategy & Revenue Optimization

  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing models with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and healthcare policy developments to anticipate pricing opportunities/risks.

2. Tender Preparation & Management

  • Lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (medical, regulatory, commercial) to deliver winning tender strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to improve tender success rates and secure key contracts.

3. Data Management & Commercial Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain robust data management systems for sales, pricing, and market analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build forecasting and performance dashboards to track revenue funnel health and identify improvement levers.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 67 members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear performance objectives and ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Act as a mentor to strengthen the teams capabilities in pricing, analytics, and tender management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial, pricing, or revenue management roles; at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry and tender processes in Vietnam.
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
