I. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Development
- Develop long-term strategies for product growth across multiple medical specialties, aligned with the production centers vision.
- Identify key domestic and international markets, product opportunities, and viable business models.
- Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure strategies align with product readiness, manufacturing capabilities, and regulatory requirements.
2. Business Development & Sales Execution
- Design and implement quarterly and annual business plans for products.
- Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, research institutes, treatment centers, and specialized distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle: product presentations, negotiations, contract closure, and post-sales support.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust plans to achieve revenue targets.
3. Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns through digital channels, offline events, medical conferences, and community activities.
- Strengthen brand positioning via medical communications, academic publications, and professional networks.
- Ensure marketing messages are accurate, compliant, and consistent across all channels.
4. Market Research & Innovation
- Conduct research on demand for stem cell therapies in oncology, neurology, musculoskeletal, urology/mens health, cardiology, and diabetes.
- Analyze clinical applicability, patient behavior, consumption trends, and treatment decision factors.
- Monitor global innovations in regenerative medicine and stem cell technologies.
- Evaluate competitor landscape, pricing models, regulatory barriers, and feedback from medical institutions.
5. Partnerships & External Engagement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with leading hospitals, medical associations, research institutes, and clinical experts.
- Represent the company at scientific forums, conferences, workshops, and both local and international events.
6. Team Recruitment & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a professional business team aligned with strategic product areas.
- Define KPIs, performance evaluation frameworks, and incentive programs to drive productivity and effectiveness.
II. Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the healthcare/biotech industry.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing strategy.
- Experience in digital marketing, medical PR, and brand development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
