KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.      Infrastrucutre Management

·      Manage and support cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and virtualization platforms

·      Manage and handles infrastructure modernization initiatives including network optimazation

·      Implement and manage infrastructure-level security policies and controls

·      Ensure compliance with industry regulations

·      Coorindate with security teams to mitigate risks

·      Provide input on infrastructure requirements during system design and implementation phases.

·      A good understanding of incident management, ensuring necessary updatea and follow-ups until case closure with proper resolution.

2.      Infrastructure Support and Operation

·      Maintain and support IT infrastructure

·      Ensure high availability, performance and security of IT systems

·      Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performances issues and resolve them proactively

·      Oversee IT infrastructure that support POS systems, in-store connectivity, IT devices and equipments.

·      Supervise infrastructure support staff or external service providers as needed.

·      Manage vendor relationships, hardware/software procurement and service-level agreements (SLAs)

·      Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions

·      Provide technical expertise on analysing and providing best solution on technical issues in timely and efficiently.

·      Classify IT requests according to business guidelines and IT business project plan;

·      Do a Trend Analysis all issues or incidents and highlight critical and outstanding issues.

·      Perform system operations and administration tasks, including checking and monitor multiple systems performance on a daily basis and user management.

·      Perform installation, setup, configuration, migration, upgrading and testing of software applications

3.      Application Backup Support

·      Provide 1^st level application support.

·      Able to tourbleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues or routes to appropriate escalation groups.

·      Perform system operations and administrative tasks including user management, monitoring of multiple system performances.

·      support company's events when required

·      Any other duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

·      Minimum Diploma, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

·      At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

·      Good understanding of Retail, Ecom, Event & Office Operations.

·      Good command of English, both written and spoken.

·      Strong hands-on experience with IT devices, business applications and infrastructure.

·      Strong troubleshooting, project deployment and vendor management skills.

·      Experience in functional specification documentation, system testing and user training.

·      Able to propose and implement technical solutions to meet business and user needs.
