Purpose of the Role:
Zuellig Pharma is accelerating the growth of eZRx, our digital platform transforming how healthcare buyers and sellers connect across Asia. We are looking for a Engagement & Growth Product Manager who will act as a product builder and owner for engagement initiatives from CRM journeys to loyalty mechanics and conversion optimization.
This is not an operator role. You will be hands-on in designing, testing, and owning product features and experiments that drive adoption, retention, and loyalty. Working closely with tech, data and commercial teams, youll help shape how buyers and sellers experience eZRx and make it the leading digital healthcare platform in Asia.
What Youll Do :
- Build and own Engagement CRM journeys (emails, notifications, app and onsite) defining segments, triggers, and lifecycle flows.
- Design and iterate on voucher and loyalty programs to increase repeat orders and strengthen seller engagement.
- Map and optimize specific user journeys (e.g., onboarding, repeat orders), running A/B tests and funnel experiments.
- Partner with product and data teams to enhance recommendation engines, search, and ranking logic.
- Contribute to AI-driven pilots (dynamic pricing, predictive ordering, personalized engagement and more).
- Translate insights into feature proposals, MVPs, and experiments, owning execution and success metrics.
- Influence leadership across markets, roadmaps and scaling priorities.
- KPIs will be Buyer growth, Transaction rate and Repurchase rate, and Seller sales growth
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- 35 years of experience in product, CRM, or growth roles within digital, B2B SaaS, or marketplace environments.
- Proven ability to take ownership of product features or experiments and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, CleverTap, HubSpot, etc.) and product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel) is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, GCP, and BigQuery will be a plus for data-driven decision making.
