As the Product Manager of Mobile App Engagement, your job is to drive users growth, activation and retention across our mobile platforms (iOS and Android). This role focuses on designing the new use cases, enhancing user flows, features, tools to improve how users engage with our app throughout their lifecycle from onboarding and activation to engagement, loyalty programs, rewards, and merchant-driven campaigns.
1. Customer engagement:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for mobile user engagement and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functionally teams to design, build user experiences, prioritize features and deliver high-quality mobile experiences to ensure that delight users on our mobile banking platform and meet business goals.
- Identify user touch points/ pain points and opportunities through user research, feedback, NPS, app analytics and behavioral data. In consequently, to optimize user journeys on mobile app to maximize activation and feature adoption.
- Track and manage the performance of key engagement metrics such as mobile registration, DAU, MAU, user actions, session length
- Design and implement personalized, data-driven engagement strategies including push notifications, in-app messaging, usage flows, and gamification.
- Stay up to date on best practices and trends in mobile engagement, app UX, and behavioral product design.
2. Loyalty and Merchant Engagement:
- Build tools and features that enable users loyalty redemption, manage, and measure engagement campaigns (e.g., offers, coupons, loyalty rewards).
- Define and evolve loyalty programs, loyalty points mechanisms that incentivize repeat usage on mobile app and long-term engagement.
- Monitor loyalty program effectiveness and continuously iterate on value propositions and reward structures.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to develop merchants ecosystem, usage campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
Job Specification
Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional experience
- Working experience in product management, e-commerce, fintech with a focus on mobile engagement, loyalty, or platform ecosystems involving merchants/partners from 04 years.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, behavioral engagement principles, and growth metrics.
- Experienced in business development space or working on loyalty programs, rewards systems, or partner/merchant platforms is highly preferred.
- Good network within the digital ecosystem, good personality with proper communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation, writing and negotiation skills, including the ability to elaborate partnership projects
- Must possess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work well with others in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Experience with digital product is a preference
