The RoleWe are seeking a talented and user-obsessed Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our core platform. You will be at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience, defining the future of how clinics operate and how patients navigate their health. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from deep-diving into user research with doctors and patients to launching features that deliver immediate value.
This is a foundational role in a fast-paced startup environment. You will have a significant impact on our product direction, company culture, and overall success.
What You&aposll Do- Define the Vision:Develop and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for our Patient Journey and Clinic Operations modules.
- Own the Roadmap:Create, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company goals and addresses critical user needs.
- User Research & Discovery:Conduct continuous research with our users (doctors, nurses, clinic administrators, and patients) to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and identify new opportunities.
- Translate Needs into Requirements:Author detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and elegant user flows and wireframes.
- Collaborate and Execute:Partner with engineering leads to manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features. You will be the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Measure Success:Define key product metrics and KPIs. Utilize data analytics and user feedback to measure the impact of new features and inform future iterations.
- Market Intelligence:Stay on top of the HealthTech landscape, competitor products, and industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) to ensure our product is competitive and compliant.
- Go-to-Market:Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to orchestrate successful product launches and ensure user adoption.
Who You Are- Experienced PM:You have at least 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS and Start-up environment, with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
- User-Centric:You have a deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems. You are comfortable conducting user interviews and usability tests.
- Data-Informed:You have a strong analytical mindset and use both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
- Excellent Communicator:You can articulate a complex vision or technical concept clearly and concisely to different audiences, from engineers to executive stakeholders.
- Agile Native:You have hands-on experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Self-Starter:You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You are proactive, organized, and can manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Technical Aptitude:You are comfortable discussing technical trade-offs with engineers and understanding the high-level architecture of a web application.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)- Healthcare Experience:Direct experience in the HealthTech industry is a major plus. Familiarity with clinic workflows, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), practice management systems, or patient engagement platforms is highly desirable.
- Startup Veteran:You have experience working in an early-stage startup and understand the need to be scrappy, flexible, and hands-on.
- Technical Background:A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or prior experience as a software developer.
- Design Sensibility:A keen eye for UI/UX design and a passion for building beautiful, user-friendly products.
