Job Description:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP: Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor hiring strategies.
- Source and Engage Passive Candidates: Use creative sourcing methods to identify, attract top talent through multiple channels and understand candidates.
- Manage Recruitment Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end process, track resource needs, input data to prepare reports and ensure timely candidate placement.
- Achieve Monthly KPIs: Focus on meeting recruitment targets by sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in assigned SLAs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience at MNCs or recruitment agencies are preferred.
- Strong sourcing, and hunting skill will be a must.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 and above)
