Recruiter – Banking Client/immediate need

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hanoi and support a key client in the banking industry. This is an onsite contract position suited to a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and managing recruitment activities from sourcing through offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates against role requirements, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records and activity updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates, pipeline reports, and market insights to the client and internal team.
• Support multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting agreed recruitment timelines.
• Ensure recruitment activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Represent our team and the client professionally throughout the candidate journey.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for banking, financial services, technology, or other corporate environments is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Hanoi.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
