Quantity Surveyor

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CSA WORKS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

• Quantity Take-Off: Measure and calculate quantities for CSA works (Structure, Architecture, Interior, External, and Civil works) from concept, basic design, to technical design drawings
• Tendering & Estimation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering, draft cost estimates, cost plans, and value engineering reports
• Technical Review: Review drawings and specifications, and raise technical queries/RFIs to designers for accurate quantity take-off
• Tender Evaluation: Evaluate the commercial aspects of tender submissions, prepare tender interview queries, and participate in tender interviews
• Post-Contract Management: Handle the valuation of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and Variations (VOs) from contractors, and assist in reviewing final accounts
• Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, attend design/client meetings, and support team members as required

. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically focusing on CSA projects
• Language Skills: Good English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a must for communicating with international clients and handling English documentation
• .Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Proficient in reading construction drawings and preparing accurate BOQs
• Strong knowledge of cost management, estimation, and contract administration (pre & post-contract)
• Proficiency in relevant QS software and MS Office
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
• Location: Work location is Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)
