Female Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Desciption:

• Prepare cost estimates for civil and industrial construction projects.
• Provide tender consultancy or directly manage tendering activities for public and private projects.
• Participate in project cost management activities.

Requirements :

• Female candidates are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in at least one cost estimation software, such as G8, Eta, or F1, and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of government regulations, circulars, and decrees related to construction investment cost management.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and infrastructure drawings.
• Detail-oriented, honest, logical, and able to work under deadline pressure.

• Location: 2/16 Chan Hung Street, Tan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.
