Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer (DMR) role located in Bình Dương, open to fresher candidates. The Quality Engineer will assist in monitoring and maintaining product quality across manufacturing processes, including inspection of wire harnesses, machined parts, electromechanical assemblies, and related components. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing quality data, supporting defect and nonconformance investigations (DMR), and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves helping maintain quality documentation, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The Quality Engineer will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to learn and apply quality tools and methodologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Quality Engineering and Product Quality to support defect analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to perform inspections, measurements, and testing of components and finished products.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to help maintain procedures, documentation, and compliance with company and customer standards.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Quality Management principles to contribute to systematic quality planning and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, industrial management, or a related technical field (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and an interest in learning quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, PDCA, basic statistics).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to follow structured procedures accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on the shop floor.
Willingness to work on-site in Bình Dương and adapt to a dynamic, continuous-improvement environment.
