Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and manage the QC team to ensure product quality in sweaters and knitwear.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to meet company standards and buyer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Identify quality issues, provide solutions, and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
• Prepare QC reports and communicate with management and customers.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customers specifications.
• Train and support QC staff to improve technical knowledge and inspection skills.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and buyers – Chinese communication is a strong advantage.

Requirements

• EXPERIENCED IN SWEATER FACTORY IS A MUST
• Bachelor's degree in Garment, Textile, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the garment industry, especially sweaters/knitwear.
• Strong knowledge of garment inspection, knitwear production, and quality standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Chinese/English skills is an advantage.
• Experience with international brands is a plus.
