In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Marketing & Business Development Team, located in our Ho Chi Minh City office as Business Development Manager. Reporting to and working closely with the Partner, the Business Development Manager covers 3 key areas within Acclime:

Drive Strategic Growth: You will develop and execute strategies to acquire new business, focusing on understanding the unique challenges of potential clients. You'll partner with our internal experts to advise clients on their long-term strategic needs and deliver tailored solutions that provide lasting value. This isn't just about selling; it's about becoming a trusted advisor.

Cultivate Client Partnerships: You'll be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish. This includes reviewing and approving proposals and engagement letters, meeting with clients to understand their evolving needs, and ensuring a smooth handover to our operational teams. You will own the client relationship, ensuring their satisfaction and our continued success.

Build a Powerful Network: You'll actively engage with business communities both in Vietnam and internationally, building and nurturing key relationships. By participating in ongoing networking activities, you will expand our influence, uncover new opportunities, and position the company as a leader in the industry.

Let's explore some of the key responsibilities of the position. On a given day, you will:

• Drive new business growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, with a focus on acquiring small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and large-scale clients.
• Meet and exceed sales goals: Achieve ambitious business development and sales targets.
• Build a strong client base: Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Lead market initiatives: Develop and implement innovative online and offline marketing and business development campaigns, including cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
• Analyze and strategize: Review team sales performance and recommend strategies to boost overall results.
• Expand your network: Actively participate in community and networking events to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Cultivate partnerships: Build and maintain a network of strong referral partners.
• Become a solution expert: Master our core solution portfolio to effectively present our value to clients.
• Be a brand ambassador: Represent the company with professionalism, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Travel as needed: Travel within and outside of Vietnam for key business opportunities.

You have learned what a day in the life would be at Acclime. Now, let's cover what you need to be successful in your new opportunity. These are some of the qualifications and requirements which will help you succeed, alongside your acquired abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance/Marketing or a related discipline and other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.
• Have access to a network of potential clients in Vietnam;
• Experience with foreign working culture;
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate working experience with similar responsibilities;
• Able to demonstrate a track record in sales target achievement;
• Manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction (customer service) into all client accounts;
• Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
• Advanced level in English communication. Moderate to high Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Open for Vietnamese and foreign individuals.
