As they continue to scale their operations, they are seeking a Senior Manager – Farmer Partnership & Sourcing to play a critical role in developing sustainable raw material areas and strengthening partnerships with local farming communities.
This position will focus on building and expanding farmer networks, ensuring a stable, high-quality supply while driving long-term value across the ecosystem.
What You'll Lead
- Shape the sourcing strategy for fresh produce, aligning supply with a growing and dynamic business
- Build and scale farmer partnerships across regions, working closely with cooperatives and local communities
- Drive contract farming programs from design to execution, ensuring both productivity and sustainability
- Champion quality and standards, ensuring products meet food safety and traceability requirements
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, commercial, and quality teams to deliver seamless execution
- Navigate market and seasonal dynamics, proactively managing risks and opportunities
- Optimize cost and efficiency while maintaining strong, fair partnerships
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Solid experience (5–7+ years) in similar positions i.e. agriculture sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong connection with farmer networks, cooperatives, or agricultural ecosystems
- Basic knowledge of agricultural standards such as VietGAP, GlobalGAP, and TCVN
- Deep understanding of agricultural production and quality standards
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, field-connected environment
