Position Description

You will:

• Be part of a dynamic and supportive team
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with client stakeholders and dev teams to ensure successful delivery
• Assist in project planning, task tracking, resource coordination, and risk management
• Facilitate smooth communication and alignment among team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• Support the team in clarifying requirements, managing changes, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track
• Apply appropriate software development methodologies and practices to support effective project delivery
• Be encouraged to suggest ideas, take initiative, and play an important role in the growth of the company

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in software development or a related role, such as Business Analyst (BA), Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or other roles involving project coordination and collaboration with development teams and clients
• Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Basic knowledge of project planning, progress tracking, task coordination, and issue management
• Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both clients and technical teams
• Strong organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Active team player with open-minded, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to take initiative
• Eager to learn and motivated to develop a career in Project Management
