Our client is a well-established multinational technology and telecommunications solutions provider delivering large-scale infrastructure and digital transformation projects across global markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, implementation schedules, and resource allocation plans to support successful delivery.
• Oversee project scope, service quality, safety standards, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across departments including commercial, engineering, finance, procurement, HR, and contract management functions.
• Monitor project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project progress and delivery commitments.
• Manage variations, change requests, and commercial discussions while identifying opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.
• Support bidding and proposal activities by contributing implementation strategies, project plans, delivery methodologies, and service scope recommendations.
• Supervise subcontractors and external vendors, including onboarding, performance management, scheduling, and payment coordination.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through effective project governance and service delivery excellence.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects within the telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record in network infrastructure or telecom deployment projects, particularly for telecom operators in Vietnam.
• Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices; PMP certification is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project planning tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics
• Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication.
