We are seeking a Project Manager (Pre-senior) to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
- Ensure project documentation is complete and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.
