Job description:
- Manage and implement MMusic projects including brand projects or MMusic projects
- Act as a working focal point between Artists and brands/3rd parties, in the spirit of understanding and finding common ground in all issues.
- Work directly, solve problems with customers and be the focal point for internal work
- Build relationships with KOLs, Artists.
- Manage internal and KOLs, Artists, suppliers to ensure the quality and progress of the project you are implementing
- Receive brief, make proposal, quote and report.
- Presentation of project financial management project
- Perform assigned tasks.
- Carry out and learn about related work on promoting artists, musical works and platforms.
Requirement:
- Graduated from University, good English
- Love music and working with the artist, KOLS
- Minimum 2 years in the field of Digital Marketing, Account.
- Experienced in writing and presenting digital proposals, negotiating, and communicating well.
- Be responsible for the work you are assigned and in charge of
- Ability to analyze and quickly absorb information and process it
- Be thorough and careful in information and words
- Have skills in creating good relationships with customers and suppliers/3rd parties.
- Able to evaluate overall, covering team management and training skills.
- Able to cope with stressful and challenging projects with high learning and advancement opportunities.
- Likes to learn, self-develop, and diligently research information.
- Know how to listen and constantly develop yourself
- Good teamwork, keeping clear and smooth communication with customers and project members
