Job Description:
Drive Strategic Operations Programs with the goal to deliver best-in-class fulfillment and delivery speed, cost and user experience
- Set and monitor program outcomes
- Identify and remove barriers to program growth and performance
- Implement short-term and long-term expansion plans
- Integrate best practices from competitors and other markets
- Manage communication across teams to synchronize efforts
- Developing reporting framework of program progress to Sr. Management
Benchmark SPX offerings against competitors and non-VN markets
- Build working knowledge of how other markets/companies operate understand what drives those decisions
- Challenge existing performance targets and expectations to ensure we are providing elite experience
- Cultivate data and research sources to monitor how markets mature and change over time
Build problem-solving capacity across SPX
- Hire, develop and retain talent within a small team (reporting to Program Manager)
- Invest time in coaching, mentoring and developing in young talent (outside of direct reports)
Learn the business serve as a subject matter expert to the organization
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in Supply Chain/Operations, Bachelor's degree, proven track record in managing large cross-functional projects, fluent in English.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Identify the root cause of various business issues recognize how these issues relate to our goals, deploys effective solutions
- Fast to Action - Drive actions and results looks for short-term wins in parallel with long-term ones, doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Exceptional Communication skills: Can convey complex topics across teams, fosters collaboration, and can communicate over various mediums (slides, presentations, written, meetings, etc.)
- Stakeholder Management - effectively engage and influence diverse groups of stakeholders address and incorporate their concerns into the into the execution plan
