Job Description

Hoan My Medical Corporation is seeking a Program Manager, Business Initiatives to support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across our hospital network and corporate functions.

This role is responsible for strengthening the organisation's initiative execution discipline by establishing a structured change management tracking and reporting framework. The Program Manager will work closely with initiative owners and cross-functional leaders to monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a structured change management tracking and reporting framework to support organisational initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent application of Hoan My's change management methodology across hospitals and corporate functions.
  • Standardise initiative tracking templates, milestone monitoring, and reporting formats to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Monitor initiative progress, milestones, KPIs, and timelines to ensure delivery within agreed scope and commitments.
  • Conduct structured progress reviews with initiative owners and functional leaders to maintain accountability and execution discipline.
  • Identify execution risks, gaps, or bottlenecks and coordinate with stakeholders to implement practical mitigation actions.
  • Escalate critical issues or delays when necessary and support stakeholders in resolving execution challenges.
  • Prepare consolidated initiative performance reports and insights for senior management to support decision-making and organisational visibility.
  • Promote continuous improvement of governance and execution practices to strengthen organisational performance and transparency.

Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in project management, transformation initiatives, PMO functions, or consulting environments
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with change management or project governance methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CCMP, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
