Job Description:
Lead multiple high-impact projects for the Logistics team projects involve expanding Logistics offerings serving new volume flows (new markets or specialized seller integration), enhancing existing operations
- Collect and analyze data to scope out gaps and opportunities
- Develop project plans and schedule
- Coordinate implementation, drive action across different teams
- Track results, escalate issues
- Present the project narrative and progress to management
Source new initiatives from competitors, other markets or new ideas
- Assess viability and potential impact for VN market
- Develop proposals and implementation plans
- Present and pitch to management
Learn the business engage with other teams and verticals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree, proven project and initiative management experience, fluent in English.
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking - Identify the root cause of various business issues recognize how these issues relate to our goals, recommend effective solutions
- Fast to Action - Drive actions and results on projects looks for short-term wins in parallel with long-term ones, doesn't wait to be told what to do
