Job Description
- Product Execution at Strategic level
- Develop and execute ambitious product roadmaps that strategically align with and advance company objectives.
- Direct comprehensive market research initiatives and translate complex findings into actionable product strategies.
- Champion collaboration with teams to innovate data-driven metrics for optimizing execution effectiveness.
- Proactively manage the dynamic product lifecycle, maintaining a relentless focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Product solution
- Spearhead the conceptualization and development of cutting-edge technical solutions that push the boundaries of innovation while effectively addressing customer demands.
- Articulate and present clear, compelling findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Foster seamless coordination across regional teams to ensure cohesive alignment and accelerated execution of product development efforts.
- Product execution
- Strategically oversee and orchestrate the flawless execution of feature deployment projects, driving timely and efficient rollouts across global markets.
- Lead the optimization and transformation of support processes in collaboration with the Product Support team, ensuring exceptional user assistance and satisfaction.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and mentor a hybrid team of Business Product Managers and Product Operations specialists.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on ownership, accountability, and growth.
- Guide team members through prioritization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
- Drive coordination across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Business, and Support.
- Act as a bridge between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
Requirements
- 57+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Creative & Proactive: Curious and proactive in seeking insights and addressing market opportunities with critical thinking.
- Business Acumen: Prioritizes long-term business outcomes, skillful in product prioritization, and effective in stakeholder communication.
- Functional skills: Strong technical understanding and ability to analyze data effectively.
