Key Responsibilities
Sales & Consultation
- Actively consult and sell Finest Futures programs to international students and their families (B2C), and occasionally B2B.
- Manage your own pipeline and achieve personal monthly targets consistently.
- Lead with example be a top-performing consultant and support others to reach their goals.
- Guide students throughout the sales journey: introduction, consultation, follow-up, closing, and handover to other teams.
Team Leadership & People Development
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new Program Consultants (sellers).
- Provide continuous coaching through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and training sessions.
- Create a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
Track team performance using CRM tools and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Ensure both individual and team targets are met or exceeded monthly.
- Use Salesforce and tracking dashboards to monitor key KPIs.
- Handle reporting, pipeline status, and forecast updates to leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Care, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, improve handover quality, and enhance student experience.
- Represent the voice of the sales team in internal planning and feedback sessions.
- Share insights to help shape program offerings and improve internal processes.
Sales Process Optimization
- Continuously review and improve sales processes, scripts, and customer journeys.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and drive solutions with data-backed strategies.
- Ensure full CRM usage and pipeline transparency across the team.
Global Mindset
- Coordinate and share best practices with international sales managers across other markets.
Maintain alignment with Finest Futures global goals, reporting structures, and strategic direction.
What We&aposre Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales/program consultation, preferably in education, edtech, or a service-based industry.
- 12 years of experience managing a sales or customer-facing team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in Vietnamese and confident in English.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital work tools.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and grow individuals into high-performing consultants.
- Energetic, organized, and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and fast-paced international environment.
