The Academic Manager at Hotel Academy Vietnam VET by EHL oversees the development and delivery of world-class vocational training programs in hospitality, aligned with Swiss EHL standards. This role involves curriculum design, faculty coordination, student academic support, and ensuring compliance with international accreditation to prepare graduates for thriving careers in hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities
* Curriculum Development: Designing and updating hospitality and culinary arts programs to meet EHL standards and industry needs.
* Faculty Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising instructors to ensure high-quality teaching.
* Program Compliance: Maintaining alignment with international accreditation and regulatory requirements VET by EHL
* Industry Collaboration: Building partnerships with hospitality businesses for internships and job placements.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring program effectiveness through assessments and feedback to uphold educational excellence.
Requirements * Education: Masters degree in hospitality management, education, or related field; knowledge of Swiss EHL standards is a plus.
Experience: At least 5 years in academic administration or hospitality education, with experience in curriculum design and faculty leadership.
Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; fluency in English and Vietnamese; adept at managing diverse teams and student support.
Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of hospitality and tourism industries, with ability to forge industry partnerships.
Compliance: Familiarity with international accreditation standards and educational regulations.
