About the Role
As the C&B Manager, youll lead our Compensation & Benefits team within the People & Culture Department . This is your chance to proactively shape policies, manage budgets, and elevate employee experiences while supporting EQuests ambitious growth goals.
1. Design C&B Programs
- Create salary structures, incentives, and benefits aligned with market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic objectives.
2. Lead C&B Operations
- Manage payroll, contracts, benefits, and reporting with precision.
- Mentor the C&B team and drive best practices.
3. Analyze Data & Manage Budgets
- Benchmark industry standards for competitive C&B offerings.
- Optimize budgets and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
4. Tackle Additional Challenges
- Handle labor or disciplinary issues as needed.
- Support new People & Culture projects.
Require:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years in a similar C&B role, with at least 3 years in a management position.
- Deep knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and C&B budgeting.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple programs and projects with ease.
- Exceptional problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Strong command of English or another relevant foreign language is a plus.
